Brief: Design multiple evolutions of a healthcare mobile app, including a progressive web app and a fully native application, with responsibilities for user interface and experience, wireframe development, design aesthetics, style guidelines, and custom iconography. 

We were tasked with leading the design, mapping out the entire user experience, and managing the implementation of a healthcare company’s first mobile app. This included the following elements: patient portal integration, extensive video and resource library, interactive injury education, new patient acquisition tools, scheduling, provider communication, health plan member customization, events calendar, promotions and contests, customized push notifications/patient reminders, user-generated content, secure video chat, and progress monitoring tools. In addition to helping the company launch, promote, and maintain its first app, we were involved in numerous evolutions of the app, including managing its transition to a new telehealth solution, which required an entirely new and complex mobile framework.
