Brief: Launch, brand, and market a new telehealth service/product. 

In response to COVID, we worked under a rapidly accelerated timeline to help develop and promote a new telehealth service for an in-clinic healthcare company. This included creating a brand (and robust brand guidelines) for the service that would complement the client’s existing brand but also work as a standalone product and developing a comprehensive suite of communication and marketing materials for B2B and B2C purposes. The communication needs included videos, a website, a mobile app, social media marketing, extensive copywriting, sales materials, and a large suite of print materials and emails.
